I cant play (using Android 9) on Galaxy S8+
 
Tested on Emulator | LDPlayer 3.94 | Android 5.1 | rooted + patched

And don't forget to grant Overlay & Storage Permission to the Game in the App Settings from your Device.
 
My game often crash too, i have a trick, run it to test if it's open until login screen close the app (if crash clear data and catche first), go to apps setting and set bully to never connect internet.
If you already playing the game and it's crash upon second launch copy save data from android/data/bully folder/ files (DO NOT COPY SETTING & STORAGE.INI) to another folder, reset data&catche turn off internet run it few seconds close app restore your backup saves.
