Most of the modded version of the game use the same backbone menu, so it never possible to buy stuff.

• Can't do research, game assume you don't have enough resources even cheat on
• Can't buy stuff, likewise same when research. (Turn the codes off and you go back to -10000 and competeltly bankrupt.
