My phone is not rooted, but when I install this from playstore, its nsfw, but the one from here is censored. How can I have the nsfw version, with mod menu, with no root? Please and thank you.

The modded one was 18+ for me after you unlock the second chapter or so

Finally permanent way to get nsfw version, I have written steps on thread do check it guys.

where is this? so far if i try to install the signed mod i get the error that installation failed. if i try the unsigned, i get a different error. im on ld9 player and device is rooted. i saw in another post that also have to patch, i think i had dont that before but not 100%. i do have luckypatcher but i dont know what to do to patch what ever it is im needing to patch. any assistance there would be appreciated.

Yes friend this error means it's not patched yet, you need to do signature disabling patch and then restart emulator do it till patcher shows green on it.
