So the xapk files are pretty scuffed couldn't install it from any installer BUT when I got the proper xapk from the different download link I used zarchiver to install it and it worked. I did try sai and apkmirrorinstaller but none of them worked. If anyone's curious xapk installer didn't work for me either

It works when used shuttle vpn and good job. it does not a forceful, just hopefully next update it improve with Ultra subscription unlocked.
