It does ask for an update! But most of the time it closes before I can even click and then I can use the app.
Yet I do have to uninstall after a couple hours because the app crashes and closes.

The ads suck tho but you can use an ad blocker, makes it eazier

Seems like that's what's causing the app to force close. I'm not programmer, but maybe you can try solving it with one of lucky patcher's patch options.
