1. Copy the downloaded .hwt file in your Design folder (Huawei or Themes etc)

2. Open your Design App - choose "my designs" - choose CleanOS & click apply

Note: You might need to update your Design app - check the Google Playstore - My Apps

One more thing, loading it will take a bit, so when you clicked "Apply" and nothing happens, just keep it as it is, it will apply it don't worry.

You can also google "how to change Huawei/Honor Themes" and watch a tutorial video ?
