Regarding the log in issue on 2021-06-30
The issue has been partially addressed.
Users who have backed up their data can use the "Transfer Data" button to log in to the game.
For Users who have not backed up their data, please follow the steps below and contact our customer support.
1. Take a screenshot on the title screen that shows your current FID.
2. Reinstall the application and back up data after finishing the tutorial.
→To back up your account, please do the following:
go to Menu > Transfer Data > Perform Data Backup.
3. Contact customer support with the screenshots of your old account FID from step 1 and new account FID from step 2.
