Stuck on natural motion screen, please fix it!

I THINK it has to do with the way you installed the game. Un install the game. Then install the OBB folder where it's supposed to be installed. Then re install the game.
OR
install the game but do not open it. Then install the OBB.
I could be just talking out my ass, but when I had that issue, installing the OBB first worked for me.
