You can trick the game to keep letting you play after chapter one, but you can't advance any further into the other areas

How about unlimited weight and unlimited oxygen? Mods should make it less grindy but not completely easy. Having no weight limit and no oxygen limit you could still enjoy the fishing and management of the game. Unlimited coins would only dull the experience...
