whenever i try installing the signed apk on my phone " already have the google store version " it says -app not installed- is there any way other than uninstall the store version ?

You have to uninstall the store version when you want to use the signed mod version.
You just can keep the store version and overwrite it with a fully rooted + patched android device and when you use a unsigned mod version.
 
I can play it first time but when i closed and open the game again, i am forever stuck at the "loading extra assets" screen. I've tried to reinstall,update, clear cach,data. Can anyone help me pls?

Any guide how to safely use mod in pvp?
Ps: I only attack those with lower battle power.

I've been using a mod on this game over 2+ years and never been banned.

Don't attack a team with a way higher team power than yours. It's that simple. Don't be stupid. They reported you in and you got banned.
