Did you load up the obb properly..I just tested it ..it's working fine my friend ?
Go to Google play ( make sure you don't have a previous safe file ) download the first 1 to 3% of the game..then hit cancel and then have your apk ready and directly install the apk .. downloading the first few percent off Google play will create a save file in your obb section..
