Yep, my device is 64-bit, but still crashing if I am open it.
Sometimes i can open the game but the mod menu didn't show on the screen.

I don't know if this method works on other device, but this method worth to try
1. Turn off your internet
2. Open the game
3. Wait until the mod menu show up
4. Click the app history button
5. Open the game again in the app history
6. Enjoy the game with mod menu

Theres a problem when using infinite ammo where the casing just keep ejecting even when im just holding the gun and not shooting, it keep showing even when chaing weapons.

that happen when you're enable no cooldown feature, but i'll try to fix it in the future, stay tuned :D

Thats is the cooldown menu, other guns except pistol keep ejecting the bullet
You can just turn it off cause you already have one shoot kill

There is another issue with this method, cause you have to do this method again if fail. Maybe around 3 to 5 times
mhm, that's what I thought, I'll try to fix it and find the same device as you for this issue.
