Update: dont use the gems on the gem shop or the one at the bottom right shop. Or youll be banned. Also when claiming gems that are bigger than 100+ or 200+ dont put it above 20x or youll be banned too.

Depends on where you will spend it. Ive been using around 7000+ gems on mercenary summon only. And not get banned. But yes the gems 50,000+ is true

Yes ive been playing straight i dont turn it off. My phone has a background mode so i put the game in background mode and continuesly grind

I noticed that when you spend on the diamond shop at the bottom right. That shop. It gets you banned for abusing diamond refund it says. Then if you exploit the gem multiplier too much you get banned too. Other than that nothing yet. Im already close to rank 3 in game and not banned yet lol
