Look on discord, its a new event. Need to collect puzzle pieces for exchange. Need 500 of one of the chinese letters.
It's not that hard to get. Just go to EDN, GIDN, AIDN and farm. Can get 10-12 sweepstake ticket per stage from those dungeons. Each ticket can give 40 letter or u may just win the spare 9 outright. I got 2 spare 9 out of 80 vouchers :) all in one day.
