nevermind it worked when i reinstalled with character voice pack i dont know of it make any sense but it worked for me. btw i played with my refresh rate 120herz and 30fps

I have the same problem and already reinsall with the voice pack, but still stuck on loading, any tips? Or link where you download the voice pack
