new items are not working, just freezed. may be problem of sound. for example, new bow and shoes can be bought but not equipped normally but can be equipped during battle. and new items can not be made by alchemy. making them cause freezing

If you are playing in a "partial support" language (such as Spanish, Italian, or German), there may be bugs like this. These languages were imported from the European PS2 release and were not originally present in the mobile version whatsoever.

(Japanese, Chinese, French, or English all have complete support)

The game detects your language via your phone's default setting. You can switch to English by either changing the system language in Android settings (out of game) or by pressing the Sound Effects (-) button several times in the main menu Settings screen in-game.

By changing the in-game language, you will most likely find all of these issues fixed.
