SOLUCIÓN :
Abres ajustes en tu dispositivos, busca la pestaña de Google enseguida busca "Anuncios" y selecciona la opción de restablecer ID de Publicidad.
Después ahí mismo en ajustes en aplicaciones busca DramaBox y borra el caché y todos los datos.
Por último quedaría solo abrir la aplicación normalmente y listo.
