I have used it a good number of times but haven't been banned yet (hopefully never lol) but after match in VSA it notices the abnormal game data and counts is as a loss ( I've mentioned this in a post i made here )

I did. Turn on the instant full time and freeze gk. Try to score as many goals as you can and when there a 1 or 2 gap in goals pass to opponent or anywhere to end the match (that's when instant fulltime works). Make sure you don't miss a shot or two and don't let the opponent get the ball.

You should make sure you don't score more than 8 goals though. It'll notice the abnormal game data. I usually end the match after 5 - 6 goals at most.

This is a conclusion I've drawn by myself through trial and error. There may be better ones out there. And i did find out ways for scouting and h2h (they're almost the same)

I think I'll need to be concise with how i do it.

Turn on the first 2 mods before game
Score goals
When there's a gap like you see in the picture, end the game by losing possession (you might have to do that a couple of times)
You can leave the hacks on but once you're back to the VSA screen you'll need to wait till the weekly reward ranking changes from 0

I've also been having problems with it lately. After some time (in match) turn on the third hack. This doesn't work everytime though and you might be disconnected instead
