Maybe your savedata is corrupted? That can happen when not using mod carefully. I had lost my save 5 times due to corruption

I reinstall, still the same the diary mission is not counted with cheat turn off completely. I guess just skip this event

Sorry if im dragging you too much but ive tried playstore version and still the same no progression on diary. I guess its bugged when you start and did it with modded. I guess try next diary update
