Reinstalling it always works for me when the damage is not working. Just click the apk and overwrite it.

Having the same problem ive reinstalled crap ton of times, only fps works the damage,np boost, and defense do not. Devive is Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra, but the fps boost makes this game alot more easier with the grinding
