Signed apk is not recommendable since the game require you to sign via Google play.

NON-ROOTED users:
1. install PS version, play till you get arena
2. go to /sdcard/Android/data/com.ondi.fortias.saga, rename this, add "1" or whatever to the folder name, just rename it
3. install mod, load the game 1x, then click till you land on lobby, force-close the game
4. go to /sdcard/Android/data/com.ondi.fortias.saga, you should see this folder got re-created, now delete this one
5. rename your old folder back to its original name
6. load your game again, now you can progress and access arena as you wish, play with the modded apk, save your progress on your profile, anything you like

For non-rooted smartphones
If you can't transfer files directly via smartphone, try using a PC/laptop or whatever you call it.

1 Download from playstore,

2 Open and play the game until you sign in with Google play games,

3 Open z archiver or third party files manager (Download from playstore),

4 Inside z archiver Open device folder, then look data folder then android folder, then there should be com."something i forgot the name" [basically something with the games logo],

5 Rename it at end add any letter or number,

6 Now uninstall the game downloaded from playstore,

7 Download the app from platinmods, install it,

8 Now back to z archiver and remove the added letter or number [ basically rename the folder to what it used to be]

9 Open the app then give it overlay permission

10 You can't play the game as it says not enough storage

To fix this :

11 Hold the app until you get app info, then find the storage then clear data,

READY: So now go back and open the game, it's basically this easy

WORKED (At least for me)
Tested on September 13th, 2025 on Android 15, OneUI 7 Samsung, Non-Rooted, (for me I need PC)
(FYI, my Android/data/ folder can’t be deleted/overwrite either through the phone’s internal file manager or via PC/Windows Explorer, so I have to use PC to copy-paste the data to make this method work.)

Hi, I’ve read the last couple of months’ comment sections and none of the methods mentioned worked for me. So, I tried my own experiment, and this method worked—at least for me. Here are the steps:

1. Download the original game Fortias Saga from the Play Store.
2. Play the game until you can log in with your Google account.
   Extra Step #1 (Backup): Save your game on the server. Go to your profile (top left), then click Save. This is just in case you make a mistake in the following steps so you can load it anytime.
   Extra Step #2 (Ban Safety): To minimize the risk of a ban, I suggest playing up to stage 2-10, where you unlock the arena. If you want to avoid PvP entirely, after your first arena battle, save the game on the server again.
3. Connect your phone to your PC.
4. Copy this folder: Android/data/com.ondi.fortias.saga to your PC.
5. Disconnect your phone from the PC, then uninstall the Play Store version of Fortias Saga.
6. Install the modded APK of Fortias Saga.
7. Open the game until you reach the loading screen (or just enough for the folder com.ondi.fortias.saga to be created again).
8. Close the game. Go to App Info → Storage and clear data. This is to empty com.ondi.fortias.saga folder.
9. Reconnect your phone to the PC.
10. Copy the original com.ondi.fortias.saga folder you copied earlier from your PC, back into /Android/data/com.ondi.fortias.saga on your phone. (If asked whether to merge the folder, click Yes. If not, it will simply overwrite and copy.)
11. Done.
