With the info you provided Im literally unable to help you.
You being the only user who is complaining means you will most likely have to figure the solution on your own, because the fault is fully on your end. Not only that, I'm 100% certain you'd also get same popup with original apk.

I have the same problem. Most likely something to do with Android 11 security. I have a one plus 8 with android 11. Already tried various solutions. Doesn't seem to work in any way.
