Outdated Genshin Impact V 2.7 [ English ]

I have been trying to login to the private server but all it gives me is "Network busy. Please try again later. (404)"
I have downloaded the "Genshin.apk" in this forum.
NOTE - no previous Genshin Impact game was installed on my phone
I am running Android 12 / MIUI 13 (Poco F2 Pro)
After I installed the "Genshin.apk" open the application > went to Official Server > download the game (14GB)
After game have been download I let the game verified the installation until it is done. After that I quit the game
Launch mod "Genshin.apk" again and click on settings > enter the servers listed on this forum > click back > then click on custom server
after that wait for the game to load / prompted me with username and password > I DID NOT CREATE ANY NEW ACCOUNT JUST TYPE ANYTHING ON THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FIELD > I AM STILL GETTING ERROR!!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mod "Genshin.apk" / Genshin Impact game files (14GB) and still getting the same results
I have enabled all the permission for the game / disabled the MIUI Battery Saver (No Restrictions)
I am located in SEA region
Am I missing any steps??
Is the server now down??
Is this issue is due to to many users logging at the same time and the one/s hosting said P/S is limiting users to login??

yes i have downloaded the 14GB file before going into the custom server
I have downloaded the 14GB like 4 to 6 times already my fiber speed cap around 6.9MBps it usually takes like 20 mins to 30 mins to download the 14GB.
Go to the settings then change the address to the one you are located then go to custom server
That's what i did, input the correct server example - https://hk1.genshinps.me/ then click back then click on custom server get network busy error
I tried different server and still it wont allow
hmmm could be of my location!!???
let me try vpn possible these servers are being geo locked!!!
