Just search "tale of immortal NSP" and choose Romslab downloaded the latest version it should run 30 fps+ if you don't know how to set emulator in Android just search it on YouTube there's plenty

Hmm intresting, but switch emulators on android tend to be annoying in my experience i prefer window emulation over thar

Winlator and it's forks are the only ones worth the trouble, their is gamefusiom too it's better than winlator performance wise but it requires Internet to be turned on always and is a by a Chinese company so I don't use it
