Did you reach Power Level or XP Level 25? they are two different things. Once you real Power 25, the pet NPC should appear near the east side.

How do you earn diamonds?

Yeah I reached the power lvl 25 and the exp lvl is way more yet the npc was locked I think it's related to the progress in the camping what's your chapter in camping ?
