Nothing. I did what I always did. The only difference was I finished that "Watch 5 ads to open a chest" from the top right of the screen below the settings button. Someone said to watch all 5 ads to get gems. I didn't get any gems for watching all 5. Logged in the next day to find my account was banned. Had VIP lvl 2 and less than 30 gems.

wierd..always watch ads too with only 40 gems...my gear is 2 star set aand no upgrades ..lvl 30 with 140k power

maybe ur too fast in clearing stages in campaign...i only unlocked 3 stages with the master rank all....not yet finish that bridge area, 4th stage

dont spend gems more than u get in game. 2. dont push to fast upgrading u gear and power in day 1. 3. dont pust to fast in clearing stages....just make all dungeon in master level then slowly moved ur progress....that's all i do..no banned in weeks of playing

Just remember your ID number, then create an account on My.Games, which you can find in the in-game menu

There is a problem with this method. What if you don't have enough gems for the refresh? Then how will you get it?
