I got banned on the official version (they say i used an altered versión), so, im starting a new game, but using this versión, cause fu$%#$ city jam c:

That's messed up if you never used the modded version on that account I'm starting to think they ban anyone who gets reported without even checking their game version.

If you didn't use mod before they will give you your account back, simply write them on support. They sometimes ban unfairly people who play this game fair but then 100% give them their account back.

Oh i already did it, they keep saying that i was using an unnoficial version of the app lol, i think they dont really care, maybe if i bought something they would return my acc, but since i was a f2p player, well ban for me

I'm paranoid, i got my year 4 account banned (and i even used the mod lol), so i dont want to lose another acc :C (it was character since the game came out, but i left the game on 2019, i came back a few days ago, and then boom, ban)

To be on the safe side, do not play/log in at all until the FM ends that is until Nov 3rd 7pm UTC. They have the event countdown on Reddit if you want to be sure.
