Install an app called parallel space or something like that eyc and play on their. For some reason JC unbanned my main account a while ago which allowed me to play the game again without those apps. So I just looged into my account I used thr most from there

Try switching back to the vanilla game and playing through that section. Sometimes there are little bugs in the mod.

Doesn't work. If I login to vanilla game with Facebook app, I get the "upgrade now" window or if I login through browser I get a black screen. For some odd reason, when I download the vanilla app from Play Store, it downloads version 5.9.8 and not 6.0.0

Big risk with that is being banned. The only real hope is now that it's been reported, it's being fixed.

There's no risk of being banned just by switching back to the vanilla client. The only two things that can get you banned are playing during multiplayer events and contacting Jam City support. You can freely hop between the vanilla client and the modded client as long as you adhere by those two rules.

That's just how they roll out updates. Players will randomly get the latest version while others have to wait. It's for the sake of bug reporting and so you don't get an issue like the Crowdstrike outage. If everyone got the update at the exact same time and it had some fatal glitch in it, the entire playerbase would be screwed over. So they roll it out in waves. You just have to be patient.

I'm in love with the new Crest Event outfit, but there's no way I'm going to finish it unless I earn House Points and there's a House Pride event going on at the time.

You can still earn stars without doing lessons/searching for food. You have to do side quests/TLSQs/creature quests instead.

If you are familiar with game guardian you can do a 5 star task, then search for "50" as a dword. Then do another 5 stars and search for "100". The results at this point are the crest event scores (one of the values will be encryped, the other is a just display value). You can then change them to 1500 (the amount needed for the current event) and then do another 5 star task to update your score in game.

This method only takes 3-5 minutes which is far quicker than doing the 30 five star task you would otherwise need to do to get a score of 1500.

There isn't much time before the event ends, and I can't record a new guide as I have already finished the crests myself, but I can post another video which is a similar method:




If you are searching for the event score, you essentially want to search for your current score as a dword, then earn some more crests, and then search for your new score. Once you have only 1-2 results, this is your score. Copying the method from the video (as the score is encrypted) you want to change it to 1500, which is what you need for the current event.
