Yes. Even if you're using the vanilla app, playing during Full Marks or House Pride still comes with a risk of getting banned. Jam City doesn't check whether or not you're using a legit version of the app, they check your account's history, progression, whether or not you've been purchasing the microtransaction currencies, etc. If they see anything that doesn't match their internal metrics, you get banned within a few days.

I keep repeating myself for a reason: You cannot play during a multiplayer event without the risk of your account getting banned. I can't make it any simpler than that.

Have you clean data and cache before you download 5.2.2? Because if you're playing on a new device downloading 5.2.2 will always give you option to upgrade later

I found my problem, it was coming from my emulator MuMu that couldn't log into facebook. It's working perfectly on Bluestacks tho.
