Anyone that still uses GG with modded apk here currently? many values were patched a while ago (5 years ago), and i can't seem to make anything work.

I actually found it less of a hassle to use GG with the vanilla client on an emulator. Once I was done making all the changes I needed, I just saved the game and switched back to the modded client on my tablet. As long as you have your save backed up on Facebook, you can freely switch between devices and installations to your heart's content.

Ps.damn why is rooting bluestacks seems so complicated from what i was reading about it online.

I'm sorry this'll gonna be a whole ass essay. Please bear with me. If you already did everything—e.g. re-installing the game, clear data/cache or something along those—yet the crash still persists, you have to try playing with the vanilla version, change location in-game and save manually. And wdym by making a throwaway fb account? Are you telling me you haven't linked your game?

There's a meaning behind my words "If you haven’t linked your account to fb, there’s little we can do." I would not say this BEFORE ver. 5.3.0. I'd simply say link your account to fb if you haven't already. It's because, since ver. 5.3.0, JC has fortified its fb log-in defence, any client besides the authorized one will only be met with a black screen if they try to log in. That's why we have to use a version before that (5.2.2) to log-in with our progress and then update right after. If you haven't linked AFTER ver. 5.3.0, then it's probably too late. However, it's possible to downgrade your game version by using ADB. You can look it up. In present day, to start from scratch means make a new game with the official app, play a bit until you can access the in-game Settings, link your account to fb and then you can uninstall the official version. Of course your work is not done here. To start using the modded apk, you still have to do the 5.2.2 ritual by then you can truly playing with the mods. Iirc, some says you can play directly with 5.2.2 for a bit and then link to fb so you don't have go through the official version as I've stated above. But, I think you can only do that on a clean slate device? Id rly know.

If you haven't linked, your game id is saved to your device instead, even if you clear the game data, re-installing the game, the game id will still be the same (given you're using the mods from here). But, if you have linked, after your clear the game data, it's akin to log out from your game. The modded client will generate a new game id. That's why if someone said they're banned, they want to start from scratch but they haven't linked to fb, we could only suggest the "Factory Reset" solution so the old data will not show up (that, if you still plan on using the modded apk from here).

You sure black screen is related to us not using app from google play cause last i checked in all those black screens even legit vanilla version gave me that shit(unless it was ios instead of android) i just call it wont work unless you keep 5.2.2 with you qaand install all others over it.

This was a problem from ages ago and already got resolved (in vanilla). Yep, my vanilla version (android) works just fine. There's no problem in recent versions (vanilla).

Well i havent tried creature again but ik for sure notebooks worked.

I use GG and it always works(unless fuzzy search)

Dude i edit conf and it still says its not rooted there is no same conf place at programdata at all at folder where its suppose to be i only exist at external hard i put it on but ti shows nothing after i saved it.

I'm not the best with values, i followed a guide and was outdated and patched. But i won't be using so soon the normal app, i will be using modded apk, so if doesn't work on it, well too bad haha i gotta deal with it. Notebooks sometimes is hard to get, but i have enough, i just want to lvl up faster the creatures.

Well its kinda harder if you have them above lvl 1 since it accumulates exp like lvl 1 exp+ rest of exp.

It's sort of ok, i'm just impatient sometimes. JC also makes things extra hard to come by. GG is good for that, but i can work with what i have.

Both of those issues sound like problems on your end. Some of those site don't like it when you try to connect to them with a VPN or from certain countries. As for your emulator, you're going to have to troubleshoot that on your own - most of us use actual mobile devices to play this mod, or at the very least, more popular emulators like Bluestacks or Nox.

good news, commenting for those who may have the issue: i had to switch emulators to LD player and it's working, still no idea about the IDM downloader, but if i disable it it works fine

also, when downloading from the mirror version, mumu player wont install it

memu install mega version fine but honestly memu is also crashing game constantly so its pointless to try play on memu out of all emulators(it has been awhile since memu has been like this for this game so i just gave up and use nox mostly).

Ps. i always go for mega version when downloading mod here as its easiest for me(an di keep it on my laptop not bothering to use emulator itself for download.

sorry im back, but does anyone know what settings on ldplayer (recommend emulator) can fix the quidditch uniform glitch?
