because if you want to have those events away from yourself you need to modify game via external GG-like app commonly you need to use cheat engine to change what-if-im-past-part-that-lets-me-participates-in-events and usually that is something you need to do by yourself i think someone even experimented with hat here but they are inactive leaving us with not exactly a sure way whether it works nor how long it takes for you to find what you need to do to disable that(mind you we disabled all of these event snot just FM or HP tho because trying to find way to exclusively disable those two is way harder than just disable all of them and some of use here want rewards of rest of event so thats why its not done by default in modded version.
I hope they've concluded at least volume 2 by the time you guys graduate, because it's really frustrating in my position right now. Also I really hope it's just a community thing like you said and JC didn't really abandon Beyond completely; they just take a step back to advance even further.
I lost my main when i was in year 6 and i think hey didn't even let us have year 7 back then so i was so close to getting things done to point i would have to wait back then shame tho now some content i had there is unavailable due to JC removing those quests(for example certain potion to help rescue fang or polyjuice side quest xD)
BrianPo was experimenting on that, but I don't know what happened with the guy. But, just like Valmort said, blocking only MP events means blocking all events altogether. We still want to play other events and progress the story without so much restrictions. If you view the game as a whole, it's just a minor setback for mod users.

Ah yes, the legendary pulled-out SQs. I read that they were removed due to disagreements among the developers, as the older team had originally worked on them. Shame though. Now, they're also pulling out a few TLSQs that unlock friends for unspecified reasons, like Lone Wolf, Meet the Malfoys, Flying Solo, etc. So, new players won't be able to befriend Chiara, Talbott, Dobby, Jules and Levi for an undetermined time. While the Rath TLSQ isn't listed, but it does unlock Rath as your friend, I don't know if that's related or not.

Actually, when we discussed how your Rath TLSQ didn't trigger despite meeting all the conditions the other day, this did cross my mind. But since 'Rivalry, Respect, and Rath' wasn't on the pulled-out list, I didn't want to speculate. They can't hold them back for too long, or the community will rage.
I'd say the good thing is that you're up to date with the game's current story. I've been wanting that for months, and while it feels slow and empty, the good thing is that you'll be one of the first to play all the latest Beyond content.
I suppose it's a rumor that causes panic or makes people think about the current state of Beyond, and they're afraid that it could end too soon, but hopefully it's just that: rumors.
