you may follow this spreadsheet to be informed about the original unlock of each specific TLSQ. Also note that you have to complete the chapter of original unlock to get a TLSQ triggered. Some are seasonal TLSQ and can only be triggered at specific time of the year:

It seems that not always one have to finish the chapter mentioned in the spreadsheet to get tsql triggered. I am still at the beginning of Y3C5, just played the first task.
And I have finished both Celebration quests as well as The Wisdom of Ravenclaw. And on the last choice between TSQLS I was also suggested with Audition For the Frog Choir, so it seems that all of them got triggered as I started Chapter 5. Well, we'll see if The Frog Choir would trigger for me again after FM ends. As I still will be at the beginning of chapter 5.

with full marks yes it's just logging in. It's house Pride event where you should get house points to be added to a group.

the spreadsheet provides you with the "original unlock" of each TLSQ. It doesn't assert that you won't get those TLSQ upon completion of other chapters. With JC keeps introducing new TLSQ and pulling old TLSQ, it's possible that there's a change in the order of TLSQ.

if you had read the FAQ, you wouldn't have asked such questions. Read it don't skim

I was saying that while it seems that some quests that were marked as year N chapter X, required to finish Chapter X (like what was happened for me with House Points Scramble, it's marked as Y3C4 and I got it triggered only when I reached chapter 5), while others like The Wisdom of Ravenclaw got triggered as I just started the marked chapter.

At last they put it on BB, huh? It's kinda tricky even for GG lately. I was lucky in the last token store. But, I think imma skip this current seasonal store, I even haven't updated my game. I'm pretty sure I won't get FM in my version. But, it's not like I'll play or something. Got no motivation to play.
