As Valmort already said, she's the MC of JC (I forget her name). I think she sometimes wears robes from another house, too.

This "male version of the MC" was released last year, but it wasn't used much further, and it's unknown if it was actually the male MC lol, i think it was just a guess.

They've split it up by Houses plenty of times before. I kinda like seeing them mix it up like this. That was the way it was at the end of the last HP book, if memory serves - everyone sitting together after the battle, regardless of whose House they were in.
