I opened the second one while I was diving into the black lake while going to the merpersons' village my game crashed. I couldn't play for weeks and then I opened the account.

everyone started to have second clone now

we have a problem with certain areas crashing if we use modded version like underwater black lake and maybe some location crashed my save on main(but the fact it started on ios vanilla makes it weird af for me) i always had multiple accs i just wish my first main was still here but yea tha tone is forever gone and i doubted i would find lazy support guy that would unban it)

Textures or sounds don't load, the sound effects are either too loud or too low, if I go for example to the training ground to do some classes the insufferable background noise of children shouting remains if I move to another location. i play without sound tbh anyway idk why my main crashes i tried every device it usually works on but its seem to somehow be connected to save.

I totally understand! I think it would be nice if those of us who have mods simply acted with some careful thought and consideration. In the HP event I barely survived, the top scorer in our group had 3,000 points! How can someone get 3k points omg. It so obviously marks them as a cheat.

I've already started an alt account in anticipation of getting banned lol! There's no way my luck will hold out for two consecutive events.

Mwahahaha! Those FAQs are the only reason I bothered to return to this game (because there's no way I can play without the mod...the developers are way too greedy!)

Wish I'd seen these FAQs all those years ago, however.
