I recall they answered mine(no i wasn't Modder back then and they gave generic response even tho it was useless as its their own fault that us having bad wifi signal/internet makes us sometime stuck unable to load this game in first place)

I had contacted Jam City just to tell them that I no longer had the purple couch that we received as a gift after playing the apartment part with Badeea, even though I had it at the beginning. I had asked if it was normal for some items to disappear on their own at some point or if it was due to a bug. i hhonestly thought she went to check their email and contact them that way instead of actually going contact support in game itself

Ps. unsafe my ass real answer is they are losing muggle money when we use mod so they ban us not because mods are unsafe(some might be but this one is one of working and safe ones) but because they lose money if they let everyone they caught while checking account to have stuff without buying with real money(also i think we all somehow dont have that specific piece of furniture you contacted them for so ig even legit players wont get it if its gone)
