did you try using vanilla version(you can always use vanilla on other device to see if its both vanilla and mod or is it save being picked where game simply wont work(there is also problem that this game cant load if your internet has bad signal or is slow leading to error even when it loads and JC doesn't wanna do shit about that instead tells you generic response which is by now shown without actually contacting support(but you shouldn't touch that page via game so that you don't get ban)

After completing the Salazar diary event with all of it's scenes and pictures you get a few notifications on your mail telling you that you triggered the Clue Hunt and it gives you a riddle to solve.
I will insert spoiler here in case some of you want to solve the riddle alone.

Spoiler

The clues point you towards a painting next to Dumbledore office. Touch it and you'll get your reward.

If you figure out what the reward is due tell me because I don't know.
