There's no way to recover your account if they find out that you've been using mod. Did you read the FAQ ? You may have made some mistakes that led to your permanent ban

I had contacted Jam City just to tell them that I no longer had the purple couch that we received as a gift after playing the apartment part with Badeea, even though I had it at the beginning. I had asked if it was normal for some items to disappear on their own at some point or if it was due to a bug. Isn't there a point where they end up unbanning the account? Because it seems to me that someone had taken over an old account.

only reason why we must not do that is because they may ask for our player id/game ID if you give it they see you used mod and you are poof now contacting support where they don't ask for ID or formulating question on way they cant ask for ID(at least to point they may not seem it necessary thing to do) which should have been self explanatory tho if they banned someone for this stuff even tho i wouldn't see why they would need game ID for that(like its weird to check game/player ID over someone asking do more ppl lose some specific furniture is absurd)

Ps-.you can try contact support again but people whom get banned are unlucky and we only had one be accidentally unbanned because JC didn't bother to check why they banned that person in first place which i unfortunately don't think it will be the case here(i only said that support would ask for game id/player id cause they usually don't have it without asking for it btw obviously if they have it they will check you and ban you cause mod)

Did support answered your ticket btw?

I recall they answered mine(no i wasn't Modder back then and they gave generic response even tho it was useless as its their own fault that us having bad wifi signal/internet makes us sometime stuck unable to load this game in first place)

my second account has just started his Y3 but Grand Prankster triggers at Y4C17 How am I gonna get through these tons of TLSQ. I actually want to enjoy these TLSQ once again but this time slowly so I can enjoy the storyline (I did speed run some tlsq in my main and skipped lots of story parts).
