The FAQ answers your question adequately. Once you're banned, there is no getting unbanned, no matter how you think you're going to bypass it by modifying the game's files. You have to start a new character.

The thing is, this game is heavily server-based, your progress is stored on their server, not just in local files. Even if you transfer the OBB and local save files to a new device, the moment you connect to the game, the server will recognize the same banned account or ID tied to that data. So yeah, I don't think it's possible. That said, you're always free to experiment.

no i think that part is too heavily server sided for anyone to mod it you can get whatever dueling ewvents you have via pages and GG duels so you dont need to do them as much as its written tho.

Don't even bother with the Dueling Club. Modded or not, it's a complete waste of time. Most of the spells you learn can't even be used during the main quest or TLSQs (not that you need them if you've used Game Guardian to increase your attribute levels anyway). The Dueling Club spells exist only to be used in the Dueling Club. Besides, the game is scripted to make your enemy's spells more powerful than yours anyway. The whole club is a scam and you shouldn't engage with it.
