I lurk discord and reddit, there's no mention of house points will be given out at any point. I don't think the dataminer is wrong at this, since they are pretty thorough on datamine info. Though I haven't started this TLSQ yet cause I don't feel like it rn.

Guys, I have a question: are there "seasons" where HP and full marks happen more frequently?
I'm asking because I recently started playing with the mod and there's simply a very high amount of HP (which prevents story progression)

Yes, we've been bringing this up once every few pages for the last four months. Multiplayer events are constant during summer because that's when all the kids in North America are on vacation. More kids playing the game means more microtransaction revenue in Jam City's pockets.

Saw that a new update came out and I wanted to ask if I don't update, how long will I be able to play normally? At some point, will you no longer be able to play? Another question (maybe a stupid one) if I don't update, will the events no longer appear for me?

Players are randomly selected for A/B testing whenever a new update releases (because that's what every tech company in the world does). If you see the update prompt when you launch the game and you don't have the option to skip it, you're part of Group A and you'll have to wait for G-bo to get into Group A so he can update the mod. If you don't see the prompt, or you do see it but you can skip it without issues, you're part of Group B and you can keep playing. Nobody knows how long Jam City waits before Group B is eliminated and added to Group A, because it's different every time.

As for events, it varies. Sometimes they trigger, sometimes they don't. You should always err on the side of caution and assume that they will trigger.

This is a worldwide thing. Every single tech company does this. The last time they decided to skip A/B testing, the Crowdstrike outage happened.

Your last autosave would probably right after you completed the task, so unless you don't open your game for a week, there's no use in hiding now. You'll get 25 HP no matter what you choose.

Thanks. Yeah I am sorted so now it's just wait and watch. I know it's very subjective and luck-led, but what kind of scores usually get reported? I haven't gotten any further points but the first and second places have around 800 and 600 points respectively. Am probably screwed, aren't I?
