I'm curious, why did you guys choose to use the mod?
For me, it's obviously the energy, but I believe JC has changed drastically lately. I remember in 2022 they gave 100 energy for just continuing to play the game (not to mention the loading screens, which became awful).

energy requirements sky rocketed since game started and they always make tlsqs impossible to be done without needing lots of energy which is why this mod is perfect to finish al the tlsqs off.

No FM has been datamined for the upcoming week, thankfully. But, HP is still there. We've already had back-to-back HP for two months now. My biggest fear seems to be coming true; this trend's lasted longer than I expected. I'm starting to think this might be the new normal.

Impossible for them to still put another hp in a row, they'll make people mad at them. I know they don't care but at least some players could stop playing.

You've already posted the upcoming event above, sure you noticed there's yet another HP coming. Since when has JC ever cared about the playerbase experience? All they care about is profits. Some legit players I know have already stopped playing, or at the very least, are taking an indefinite break.

if JC cared about our experience we wouldnt have barely 4 days or 3 days for tlsq without using gems to get it further(JC has long shown they dont care about experience of playerbase its kinda meh that people that are here didnt realize that fact is a reality yet at this point)

If the game stops being profitable, they'll just shut the servers down. Not a big deal, at least from my perspective. I like the Harry Potter universe, sure, but I'm not that invested in the game itself otherwise I wouldn't search for a way to go around the system 3 years ago—I'm no saint lol. Since then, I've been using mods and hacks to play, so from my perspective I've got nothing to lose. The ones who'll be furious are the people who spent a ton of money on it, maybe some f2ps too.

Tbf, players leave this game for good every year, but at the same time newer and younger players will take their place. It's nothing new.

Another fix-it update, hopefully to clear up a few bugs. It seems okay so far, having downloaded it.

Now that you've said this I had a flashback into the past and I remember when a gacha (sort of) card game called Harry Potter Magic Awakened was released. NetEase Games (who's a big money milking machine company) published the game in september 2021 in Asia and it continues to this day to "milk whales" for money. Now the thing is WarnerBros published it in june 2023 for the rest of the world and in October 2024 WB shut down all servers for the America, Europe and Oceania due to "financial reasons, management issues and developer vs. publisher conflict". Them MF pulled a cash and grab maneuver and got away with it. Just imagine how many people especially kids spent money to get legendary cards, skins, currencies and whatnot. Don't make the mistake to get too attached to this game in case anything happens.

I don't think this thing with HP is the new norm. If it was, why wouldn't they go all the way and keep FM going continuously as well?
