So,To make the game work (stuck in-game dialogue/dialogue doesn't show up)
First,You need to download both apk and .zip file (2nd download option)
2nd, extract the .zip file with any 3rd party app file (i.e. Zarchiver),then put the extracted file on Android/data (Do not put it inside the Helltaker folder data it won't work), finally enjoy the game.

I did this, yet it still doesn't work, keeps me stuck on the first page with no text and no working buttons
