You need to force the game close,then open again,if the game working right you will enter the shop to summon hero with 10 scrolls.Then there is no more bug

Tried this. Still have the bug sadly :( . No matter what I do it always gets me that bug. I guess I'll have to wait for the update and hope that sorts it .

I got banned after playing for 2 days and getting 5 heroes to transcendent.

From the experience I'm having, here are the requirements not to be banned: Do not use God mode and just use the currency freeze to get the resources and evolve the heroes a little every day. Do not evolve the heroes to the maximum level all at once in 1, 2, 3 days or a week. They know that it is practically impossible to evolve so quickly and the system automatically detects, banning the player. I will try to evolve 1 hero per month to the maximum level. So the system doesn't see it as a cheat. We need 5 heroes as a team, so choose which heroes you want to use in battles to evolve them a little each day until you reach the maximum level.
