yes PLEASE, No Skill Cooldown ONLY on PvE and have high dmg. While no skill cooldown on PVP is pretty easy to know moderator has a higher chance to notice it!

I do hope they can mod this game as other are already using an IOS hack with
1. No skill cooldown and 2. Some players deal REAL HUGE dmg in PvP , Brawl and in Guild War!
