Why do people feel like it's needed to spam update...

Because he's like the only hope they can turn to.
There's another mod out on ******** share, but their new "unlimited skill usage" is buggy as hell, and spams the map skill when pressed.
Plus, that unlimited skill usage of that mod has been fixed by the hoyoverse.
Sadly speaking, only the "unlimited skill" feature is the only thing that won't get you quickly banned in this game. Both attack AND defense mod could easily get you a 30 years ban. Especially when you overuse attack mod.
