If you are talking about debug and release version, they don't matter, they are same version

What settings?
It's clear you didn't read property, and skipped straight forward to "deleting su" file
Please reinstall LD to latest version and start from the beginning. No skipping. The thread is updated as well

Make sure you use Magisk Delta/Kitsume Mask, not Magisk and read the thread again
