I can't find the option or permission to set draw over apps, it doesn't work. Can you tell where I should loot for it?

Also, DomiNations stopped working on it, whenever I open it through "Unfortunately DomiNations Stopped" error. I have set everything for it, like license, permission etc, there is no license error in the log.

Wrong thread and it's different for each brand and Android Version how you enable overlay permission.
