Alot of things for pc are applicable to mobile games, it just requires you to write your own version. The link I sent is just to give an idea of how the drawing is done. If i end up figuring it out ill share in a post on here though. No point in keeping things private

I found this, it's done in ImGui and it's for mobile but you can simply rewrite it to be made in Java/JNI if you don't understand how ImGui works.
