Just use luckypatcher which it can rebuild or sign the app even without root. Then continue to install after signing, also make sure that you have deleted the previous unsigned google play apk.

You can also use Zipsigner on android to sign an apk.

1) Open zipsigner
2) After opening it select platform as key/mode
3) Give the path of the apk file as input
4) In 'signed output file give the path where your apk must be stored after signing it
