Did you use upgraded capos in the cigarette collection or in the Arena? What level were you when you got banned? I’ve been playing for almost 20 days, I’m level 142, and I haven’t been banned.

Here are a few tips…

Do NOT use upgraded capos in cigarette collection or in the Arena. By “upgraded,” I mean their star level. You also need to consider your own level. For example, if you’re level 17 and equip capos with maxed-out stars, it can lead to a ban—other players will report you.

To see how many stars your capos can reasonably have, look at other players in the Arena who are the same level as you and compare their power. For example, if players at level 120 have around 3–4B power, don’t equip capos that together give you, say, 20–600B. Keep yours around 3–5B instead.

I also don’t recommend taking part in events. You don’t really need them. The mod gives you everything essential: chests (for upgrading legendary capos), gems, and free purchases.

One more thing: for farming cigarettes, do everything quickly. Choose your upgraded capos, go into battle, and win. Then do as many “quick cigarettes” as possible, until you lose, to raise your cigarette-farming level.

After that, choose weak capos again, go into a regular battle—not “quick cigarettes”—and lose. After these steps, your capos will refresh, and the weak capos will be the ones shown in your profile. In other words, when another player opens your profile, they’ll see weak capos, or capos that match your level.

I should also mention that I’ve opened around 370,000 chests. You can open an unlimited number of them, and I’ve farmed more than 15 million gems. My point is that the number of chests opened and the amount of gems you have do not cause bans. The main reason for bans is a mismatch between your capos’ star level and your account level.

I know this from experience because my first account was banned: at level 27, I had nearly fully upgraded capos equipped in both cigarette collection and the Arena.

I forgot to add one more important point.
When you log into the game, make sure to check the Events section and see whether there is a small event inside the main event that lasts for 1 hour. See the attached screenshot.
In this small event, you need to spend diamonds and complete certain tasks in the main event. If you spend diamonds during this time, you’ll take 1st place and get banned.
Once the icon (see the screenshot) disappears after an hour, you can safely spend your diamonds.
