There are some tutorials how to mod ML. Go find them

I'm actually interested in lua modding haha. Do you mind telling me where to get those x-lua mod menus and compile it? I couldn't find more infomation than oldest AndroLua source code

Yes!!! excatly what i mean, and i did heard it was compiled on a phone. Where did indonesia modders usally got this source from?
